In 1998, due to a health problem of a relative, we started a spiritual path in a conscious way
(«conscious» because we believe that all beings, aware or not of this, they make their own spiritual path);
at first, we searched an alternative to conventional medical care,
but soon we realize that was only the opening of one little, wide door.

In the logical sequence of our work, in May 2005, was published our first book
«Reiki - As Raízes Japonesas - O Tronco, Ramos, Folhas e Alguns Frutos»...
meaning: «Reiki – The Japanese Roots – The Trunk, Branches, Leaves and Some Fruits»

But, before the book, although they couldn’t reach the great public yet
(through the great distribution channels),
we have produced CDs with guided meditations, since 2001...

... about Reiki, Karuna, Relaxation, Angels and Past Life Regression;
up to now, we have edited 9 CDs, 10th release is coming soon – please see details here.

In July 2005, we were invited by Heloísa Miranda to participate in her show
«Encontro Marcado» on SIC Mulher TV Channel. That day, the issue was Family Constellations…

... a total surprise to us, because we thought that we were talking about Reiki and about our book;
Nevertheless, the talking was even more spontaneous and the audience
feedback overcame all expectations we had.

Are very simple ones: to turn the esoteric knowledge, exoteric – especially in our country that we love so much, Portugal.
If necessary, going wherever in the world to find out this knowledge (as our ancestors did, with other goals and
equipments), in order to strengthen The Spiritual Flame of Portugal and therefore: of the Planet, without forgeting our own Flame.

Ankh is a space where clients and attendants of several therapies and activities learn and apply some tools and systems
which are doorways to their inner change and self-knowledge, aiming always the dawn of happier human beings,
free and aware of their own Ascension Path.

We try to keep access to our activities at a balanced cost so that the knowledge about natural therapies and tools for human
development can reach the greatest number of people as possible, especially to those who wish to grow up inside
but above all to find out or amplify their human, divine and universal potential.

We try to pass this knowledge in a practical and simple manner, focussing essential theory and stimulating and suggesting
as well a lot of practice, because we belief that is the best method to learn.

We live in a wonderful age where, for instance, we have the internet as an incredibly fast way to access knowledge.
Ankh’s website praises to use this capacity to spread our knowledge throughout the world.
